The presentation and appearance of the products delivered may possess a slight difference from the displayed pictures on our Instagram and Facebook pages.

Keeping in focus the regional and seasonal availability of flowers, there may be a slight variation in terms of the type and colors of the flowers being delivered.

In case of unavailability of any of the products that Giftmix offers, we reserve the right to offer a substitute to our client in this regard.

If the recipient delays in picking or receiving the order, Giftmix holds no accountability for the the freshness of the product due to this delay.

Extended delays by the recipient may dull the freshness of the products and our riders will not be responsible for it.

Making riders hold up in any high security or restricted areas, Giftmix will hold no accountability for the dullness of the product or its safety.

Complaints associated with one’s personal likes and dislikes about taste will not be entertained unless the product that is delivered is wrecked or rotten.

Procedure and Processing

  1. It all begins with clarity. Giftmix covers all major cities but if you wish to deliver your sentiments through our products to distant places or the areas that you are unable to find on our list, you are welcome to contact us on WhatsApp and we will make it possible as the satisfaction of our clients is our priority.
  2. Clock-scheduled or midnight deliveries are not offered by Giftmix but our team is earnest about making the shipments reach sharp and quick.
  3. The delivery time of the order will be initiated and measured from when the payment sent by our client is received by us, not when it’s sent by them.
  4. Giftmix owes no responsibility and will close the case if the address is incorrect or the number of the recipient provided by the sender is wrong or not responding for an extended period.
  5. Anonymity is not acceptable. We strictly require the name of the sender and receiver to avoid any issues, doubts, or misunderstandings. We require alternate contact numbers as well if the shipment has be to delivered to any crowded or public areas like hospitals, educational institutes, musical events, weddings, funerals, etc. In case the riders are unable to contact due to no response from the recipient’s side, Giftmix will not be offering any VAS charges or a full refund.
