Giftmix refund policy

  1. If Giftmix itself is unable to deliver your shipment, your refund will be provided to you.
  2. No refund will be provided if the receiver refuses to accept the consignment sent by you.
  3. No refund will be provided if the client changes their mind and decides to cancel the order after placing it.
  4. Giftmix reserves all the rights to cancel any order due to any reason that they find valid. Delay in delivery due to any natural disaster, law & order situation, any peak hours or heavy/ stuck traffic jam conditions, and all sorts of unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances, there will be no refund. (Only the extra delivery and service charges will be refunded)
  5. Giftmix owes you compensation if the items delivered are disrupted or damaged.
